Dept prohibits the posting of any information that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity.
If you believe that your intellectual property right (or such a right that you are responsible for enforcing) is infringed by any content on the Site, please write to us at the address shown on the Contact Us page, giving a written statement that contains:

PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICIES
In order to be able to subscribe to our email newsletter, we require, in addition to your consent, your email address to which the newsletter is to be sent and your name. It is your free decision whether you provide us with this data. Without this information, we cannot send our newsletter to you.

Sendinblue GmbH is a German, certified provider, which was selected in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act.
